The event reflected CSIBER's commitment to academic excellence, research-driven learning, and engagement with national policymakers.

The institute had the privilege of welcoming Prof. (Dr.) S. Mahendra Dev, Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM), as the Chief Guest. During his address, he shared valuable insights on India's economic growth, sustainability, and the nation's vision for becoming a developed economy by 2047.

The keynote session highlighted significant themes, including Viksit Bharat 2047, Atmanirbhar Bharat, the importance of capital expenditure for long-term economic growth, labour reforms, inclusive and sustainable development, climate resilience, and India's commitment to achieving Net Zero Emissions by 2070 under the Paris Agreement.

An interactive question-and-answer session followed, where participants discussed topics such as workforce development, customer satisfaction, high-frequency economic data, the unorganized sector, and welfare-oriented economic policies.

The event was organized by the Research Cell under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Tailor, Director, CSIBER, whose vision continues to strengthen the institute's connection with national policy and academic research. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Govardhan Sarma Turlapati, anchored by Ms. Sneh Nagaonkar, and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Madhura Mane.

The session provided students, faculty members, and researchers with a valuable opportunity to engage with one of India's leading economists and gain deeper insights into the country's economic roadmap toward sustainable and inclusive global leadership.
