School of Business Inaugurates Foundation and Skill Enhancement Programme 2026

The School of Business, Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Kolhapur, inaugurated the Foundation and Skill Enhancement Programme 2026 for its newly admitted students on 20 July 2026.

The programme has been designed to facilitate a smooth transition from academic learning to professional career development by equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to excel in today's dynamic business environment.

The inaugural session was addressed by Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Tailor, Director, CSIBER, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning, professional ethics, and skill development in shaping successful careers. The programme is being conducted under the guidance of the faculty members of the School of Business, led by Dr. Bindu Menon, Dean, School of Business.

The Foundation and Skill Enhancement Programme focuses on developing industry-relevant competencies through sessions on accounting fundamentals, communication skills, personality development, professional etiquette, and career readiness. The initiative aims to prepare students for academic excellence while enhancing their employability and leadership potential.

Through expert interactions, practical learning, and skill-based activities, the programme provides students with a strong foundation for their academic journey and future professional success.
