As part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations, Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Kolhapur, proudly organized VIBRANT 1.0 – Excellence Awards on the occasion of Late Prof. (Dr.) A. D. Shinde Memorial Day. Instituted in memory of the visionary educationist, the awards celebrate excellence, dedication, innovation, and outstanding contributions made by members of the CSIBER community.

The VIBRANT 1.0 – Institutional Awards & Recognition Policy (1 January 2025 – 31 December 2026) recognizes exemplary achievements in research, teaching, institutional service, and academic excellence. The initiative aims to inspire a culture of continuous improvement by acknowledging the remarkable efforts of faculty members, supporting staff, non-teaching staff, and students who contribute significantly to the growth and reputation of the institution.
