Faculty Development Programme on “Ethics and Values in Higher Education”
In collaboration with Initiatives of Change (IofC), Asia Plateau, Panchgani

CSIBER successfully organized a 5-day Faculty Development Programme designed to foster ethical reflection and value-based practices in higher education. With 60 enthusiastic participants, the FDP combined three days of immersive in-person sessions with two days of reflective online learning, including online session and quizzes.
Key sessions included:

🔹 Inner Governance
🔹 Practice of Personal and Professional Ethics 
🔹 Social Styles for Effective Relationships
🔹 Classroom as Incubator of an Inclusive Society
🔹 Creating a Fear- and Competition-Free Learning Environment
🔹 Life’s Balance Sheet
Thoughtfully designed activities like quiet time, mentoring circles, story sharing, and introspective exercises created space for personal and professional transformation.
Participants were encouraged to submit reflections, articles, and insights toward an upcoming ISBN-registered FDP proceedings publication, as a lasting outcome of this journey.
