Amit Shah, a distinguished alumnus of CSIBER Kolhapur, is a real estate entrepreneur, licensed Realtor, investor, and senior operations executive whose career exemplifies the fusion of academic rigor and practical execution. Admitted to CSIBER’s MBA program in Finance and Marketing through a merit-based conditional entry, Amit gained a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and operations. He credits the institute’s forward-thinking approach for accelerating his academic and professional journey. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Amit has held senior roles including COO and Vice President of Operations in manufacturing and the global diamond and jewelry industry. He successfully led mergers, ERP implementations, and operational transformations, achieving significant cost savings and boosting delivery performance. In 1997, Amit relocated to New Jersey, USA, where he transitioned into real estate. Today, he manages approximately 60 residential and mixed-use units while serving as a licensed Realtor, Lending Officer, and Notary Public. His expertise spans acquisitions, financing, compliance, and asset optimization, offering a comprehensive perspective on property investment. I am an alumni of CSIBER, M.Com 2017 batch. Right now I am an associate tax consultant at Shri commercial services and looking after GST and income tax consultation. I am also the director of four thought tours and resorts consultants private limited. Undoubtedly CSIBER made me confident enough to chase these positions in this practical world. I will always be grateful to CSIBER for giving me multidimensional learning by providing an apt mix of academics, industry exposure and for improving the leadership quality. All faculty members has always been supportive, inspiring and nurturing our capabilities. Apart from academics, all faculty members have always been supportive towards my co-curricular activities that groomed my personality.
