Ms. Urmila has 15 years of experience in individual and group counseling for heterogeneous groups in rural-urban areas for teenagers, women, parents, old agers, administrators, teachers, and various sectors. She has 6 years experience of teaching multiple courses such as M.A.- Psychology, M.Ed., D. Ed. She has been invited as a resource person for training programs on multiple topics like Emotional Intelligence, Self-actualization, Parenting, Constructivism, Research methodology, etc. She has presented research papers at the National - International level and developed – administered various modules. At present, she is an active member of various Govt. and Non-Govt. committees.
