He has more than 25 years of teaching experience at PG level. He has been teaching courses such as financial management, Accounting for Managerial Decision Making, and Direct Taxes. He has guided 15 M. Phil. Students. He has published two research papers in national and International Journals. He has attended the number of national-level conferences. He is a resource person for seminars in areas of Direct Taxes.
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and also life member of the Bombay Chartered Accountant Society. He was a member of the Senate of Shivaji University as a student representative. He is also involved in social activities and working as Director of Chh. Shahu Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. Kagal. He is also Vice Chairman of Sahakar Bharati Kolhapur District. He is also working as Chairman of Late Dr.A.D.Shinde SIBER Salary Earners Co-op Credit Society for 24 years.
