She has experience of more than 20 years in teaching PG and UG level programmes.
Her research interest areas are application of IT in management, particularly Information Systems, OB and Human Resource Management.
She has published more than 16 research papers in different national and international journals and presented more than 15 papers in different international and national conferences. She has organized several national and international conferences, workshops and other events. She has attended several FDPs, including one at National Insurance Academy, Pune, NIMSME-Hyderabad,
VIT, two at IIM-B and two from IIT-B. She has completed online courses from Australian Open University, University of Minnesota and Wharton online.
Presently, she is the Chairperson of BOS of HRM and a member of BOS of Computer Management, General Management and MBA (Environment Management). She is also a member of Library committee and RUSA core committee of the Institute.
