He has experience of 3 years in NGO working, and Research Work and closely associated with various organisations in Kolhapur. He has presented and published one paper in National Seminar, and one paper in International Seminar and participated in various workshop and seminar about research and other sectors. His one research article is published in daily Sakal News Paper. He has attended two FDP regarding Research Work.
