He has 25 years of academic experience and 1.5 years of industry experience. He is teaching core computer science courses that include software engineering, data structures, project management and quality assurance. His area of research interest is software engineering. He is member of various committees at CSIBER and also Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has also published papers in journals and organized seminars and workshops. He has been invited as a resource person for many workshops and other academic programs.
