Dr C.S. Dalvi has Twenty three years of teaching and research experience and 7 years of Industrial experience in the area of Production and Marketing . He has been teaching courses such as Marketing Management, Research Methodology, Marketing Research, Management of Cooperative Undertakings. His research area is Marketing, Social Marketing, Retailing, Consumer behaviour. He has guided 32 M. Phil. & 5 Ph.D. students. He has published 44 research papers in National and International journals. He has presented research papers in more than 30 National and International conferences. He has been invited as resource person for more than 30 National and International conferences, workshops. He has attended and participated more than 34 conferences and workshops. He has organised 8 confernces and workshops. He has worked on three minor research projects which were sponsored by UGC, ICSSR. He worked as Rector SIBER Boys for 14 years. He also shouldered the responsibility as Chairman of Cultural committee , Admission committee, Anti Raging committee. And MBA coordinator .Presently he is serving as member of Academic Council, Cultural committee , Admission committee, Lapses committee, , Ad hoc committee, Research review committee , library committee, Research Advisory committee . He is Chairman of BOS Marketing, BOS General Management,, RUSA coordinator, IGNOU study centre coordinator. Recently he has coordinated Flood Relief Initiative Under CSIBER Cares banner . 1500 flood affected students in Kolhapur and Sangli district were supported with School kit under the initiative. In 2018, IGNOU Study centre was awarded with Best study centre Award . In 2018, He presented the institute plan to RUSA 2.0 where the institute was awarded with Rs 5 crore grant for Enhancing Quality and Excellence .
