He has experience of more than 15 years in teaching. His research interest areas are financial management, financial literacy, financial inclusion, sugar industry and banking. He has published more than 46 research papers in different national and international journals and presented more than 54 papers in different international and national conferences.
He is author of three books for Bharti Vidyapeeth Distance Education and editor of one book for conference proceedings in the areas of Advanced Accountancy, Financial Management etc. He has also edited a SIM (Self Instruction Manual) material for distance education of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Presently, he is a BoS member of Commerce, Financial Management and Taxation at CSIBER, Kolhapur, Member of BoS in Accountancy at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Member of BoS in Accountancy at Vivekanand College, Kolhapur, and Member of Research Committee as per Maharashtra Public University Act 2016 of Solapur University Solapur. He has worked in different committees of Shivaji University such as the Local Inspection Committee and syllabus framing committee.
