Completed his Masters from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and received Doctoral Degree from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Bharat. He has an experience of 17 years teaching and mentoring in the fields of Economics and Management, at Post Graduate level. His Research Interests are Economics, Management, Agri Business Management, Rural Marketing, International Trade, and Environmental Economics, Public Finance, Growth and Development and Financial Economics.
He has been a member of South Asian Journal of Management (SAJMR), an International Journal, which is published by the Institute. He is member of BOS (Economics), Paper Setting and syllabus committee, Faculty Representative-Career Development Cell, Executive Head: CSIBER Alumni Association and Member: Research Development Cell.
He has published 6 research papers on subject titles like International trade and Demonetization (Southern Economist), Ashwatha (YASHADA), Pune, Universal Research Analysis, Demonetization and Remonetization: Issues and Challenges for Global Business, (Conference Edited Book Publication) and National Conference on Contemporary Issues in India’s Foreign Trade (Proceedings of UGC Sponsored) to mention few. He has Published a Self-Learning Material for Distance Mode Graduates on the subject Growth and Development Economics for Bharti University, Pune, Published a Text Book on International Business, an ISBN number publication. Mentored around 150+ Management Internships. Participated and presented 8 research papers in various National and International Conferences. Participated in more than 27 national conferences. He has contributed as Resource Person in 16 programs on subjects like Mathematical Economics, Basic Statistics, and Agribusiness Management in and around Kolhapur. Frequent contributor as Resource Person at Regional Agricultural Marketing Extension and Training Institute (RAMETI), Kolhapur, developed a Course Module for Village Officers on Agribusiness Markets and Management.
Attended 08 Faculty Development Programs on Entrepreneurship Development, Econometrics for Management Research, Five Week FDP@IIM, Indor on Research Methodology and Case Teaching Methods etc., Empanelled IGNOU Faculty Counsellor, Module Developer for School of Business and School of Social Sciences at institute. Appointed as Adjunct Faculty at Vavuniya University, Sri Lanka and UTM, Mauritius. Life Time Member, Indian Commerce Association. He Believes in Life Values, Culture, Team Spirit and Integrity. He has achieved Ist Dan Black Belt in Korean Martial Art Taekwondo and Carnatic Classical Flute Player. Received Awards in the Same.
