She completed B.Sc in Computer Science from Goa University and M.Sc. in Computer Science from Pune University and received her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Shivaji University. She has a experience of 17 years in PG teaching, her research interest areas and specializations are machine learning, soft computing, data mining and design analysis with profound interest in Data Analytics.
She has published more than 15 research papers in different reputed national and international journals and presented more than 22 papers in different international and national conferences.She is a co-author of two books in the areas of R Data analysis and Operating System.
She is a member of IQAC, CSIBER, Chairperson of Alumni Association Executive Committee of the institute, Faculty Executive of Career Development Center and Placement Coordinator of Department of Computer Studies,CSIBER. She has worked on numerous important committees of CSIBER and Shivaji University such as the syllabus setting,paper setting, examination panel of MCA , M.Sc. Computer Science and Ph.D program, Redressal committee, staff selection committee etc..
